Terms of Service

1. The service

Turn-Key Shop gives you a hosted online store with an owner admin at an address on turn-key.shop (and, on request, your own domain). It includes tools to import product listings from wholesale factories on Everful Wholesale that you choose, PayPal checkout using your own PayPal account, customer accounts and the other features described on our website. Your store starts empty: we don't add products or suppliers.

2. Your account and setup link

After payment you receive a private setup link to create your store's admin account. Keep it, and your admin password, secret: anyone who has them can control your store. You must give us a working email address and be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.

3. Plans and payment

• Lifetime ($156 USD, one-time): we host your store for as long as we operate the Turn-Key Shop service, with no recurring fee.
• Monthly ($38 USD per month): billed monthly through PayPal until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in your PayPal account or by emailing us.
• Payments are processed by PayPal.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

4. Your store, your products, your responsibility

You choose what to sell and you are the seller to your customers. You are responsible for your products, prices, descriptions, photos, shipping, returns, taxes, customer service and for complying with the laws that apply to your business. Before publishing imported photos or descriptions, make sure you have the right to use them.

Turn-Key Shop is an independent service built for Everful wholesale buyers. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Everful; Everful is a trademark of its owner. Your purchases from Everful or its factories are between you and them.

5. Fair use of imports

Product imports have fixed fair-use limits (for example a maximum number of listing pages per run and requests per day, and manual runs only). You agree not to work around these limits, for example with extra stores, scripts or other networks.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to sell illegal, counterfeit or unsafe products, to infringe anyone's rights, to send spam, to collect data unlawfully, or to attack or overload our systems or anyone else's.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close a store that breaks these terms, puts the platform or other customers at risk, or (for Monthly) is no longer paid. Where reasonable we'll contact you first. You can stop using the service at any time; ask us if you'd like an export of your store data.

8. Availability, backups and changes

We work to keep stores online, take nightly backups and apply updates, but we can't promise uninterrupted service. We may improve or change features over time. If we ever stop operating the service we'll give reasonable notice and help you export your data.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new date, and tell you by email about important changes.
