Refund Policy

Monthly plan ($38/month)

• Cancel anytime, from your PayPal account (Settings → Payments → Automatic payments) or by emailing us.
• After you cancel you won't be charged again. Payments already made for the current month aren't refunded.

Lifetime plan ($156 one-time)

• Full refund if you ask within 14 days of purchase and you haven't published any products in your store.
• After 14 days, or once products have been published, the Lifetime plan is non-refundable.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@turn-key.shop from the address you signed up with and include your store address or signup reference. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through PayPal; PayPal decides how long that takes.

When a refund is issued, the store is closed and its data deleted after a short grace period, unless you ask us to keep a backup for you.

Where the law gives you more

If consumer law where you live gives you additional rights, those rights still apply.
