Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 6, 2026
This policy explains what the operator of Turn-Key Shop collects when you visit turn-key.shop or sign up for a store, and how it's used.
What we collect
- Signup details: your email, store name, store address and plan.
- Payment status from PayPal: order or subscription IDs, amounts and status. We never see or store your card or bank details; PayPal handles them.
- Security data: a one-way keyed hash of your IP address (used to limit abuse), never the address itself.
- Campaign data: if you arrive from an ad or link with "utm_" tags, we record those tags with your signup to know which campaigns work.
- Cookies: a private cookie that lets you return to your signup page, and one that remembers campaign tags for 30 days. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
How we use it
To create and run your store, confirm payments, contact you about your account and support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, and understand which campaigns bring people to us.
Who we share it with
- PayPal, to process your payment or subscription.
- Our hosting and infrastructure providers, who store data on our behalf.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
We don't sell your personal information.
Your store's customers
Your store collects information from your own customers (for example names, addresses and orders). You decide how that information is used and you are responsible for your store's own privacy policy; we host it for you and only access it to run, secure and support the service.
How long we keep it
Signup and payment records are kept while your store exists and afterwards as long as needed for accounting, legal or dispute reasons. Store backups are kept for 14 days.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it (where we don't need to keep it by law). Depending on where you live you may have further rights. Email us to make a request.
